Dublin Spice Company was set up in 2023 after I returned to Ireland having spent the previous 12 years working in Papua New Guinea.
I set the company up with the aim to cater for the growing demand for quality organic products which were sustainably sourced.
As well as offering a large selection of organic herbs and spices we also have the largest selection of vanilla beans in Ireland with offerings from exotic places such as Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and the Peruvian Amazon.
We believe herbs and spices are not just the supporting cast to your meal but often the main star, the difference between a bland tasteless meal or a standing ovation from your taste buds!
It’s this passion that has driven us to source the finest selection from across the world.
All of our herbs and spices are grown organically with 90% certified Organic by the EU, in the cases of the few products where we don’t have Organic Certification this is because some of our vanilla farmers are small hold farmers producing less than 50kg per year so it’s not economically viable for them to be certified.
